Crystal Reports exports nicely to Microsoft Excel, but many users want to export a large number of columns. With Crystal Reports, that is sometimes a challenge. We have two solutions to solve this problem:
1. Set the Page Size to Legal (or even to a custom size) and make sure set the orientation to Landscape.

2. Set the size of each column to be as small as possible, as shown in the picture below. After you export it to Crystal Reports, simply resize the columns in Microsoft Excel and your report will have all the columns you need. The example below exports out 76 columns!
